You know how sometimes we are desperate to lose some weight before the big summer holiday where we want to fit into a bikini and look nice on the beach.

It can be difficult to achieve this purely on exercise or cutting down on foods as we could be rushing around with a busy career and there is no time left for anything else.

Or how you may have been in an unfortunate ski accident or rock climbing accident and have injured yourself and therefore can't exercise so the weight can pile on quite easily.

One way around this is to choose a diet supplement but how do you choose the right way with hundreds of such pills being available and it can be a daunting task sieving through all the information?

Well, you can ask your friends or colleagues but information could be quite limited to what they actually know.

You can always do extra research online and read reviews about diet pills that are available in the market.

Make sure you cover various criteria like safety which is very important of course, value, customer feedback, weight loss power and even reorder rates for any diet pill of your possible choice.

Also look for websites that list "the top 10 best diet pills" with detailed product description on each one including pricing. Again do deeper research on other websites about what you read in lists, as most of the times these lists are subjective.

Also look for additional benefits from taking diet pills besides losing weight like detoxification effects, muscle builder, promotes good sleep, sexual stimulant etc so you know exactly what to expect from taking them.

Who is Maria Ozawa

Who is Maria Ozawa? Well, she has navel, tongue & conch piercings, plays guitar, field hockey, a pink Nintendo and speaks better English than Japanese... And she looks like me ...

Or so I was told yesterday late after midnight by a Japanese tourist hanging around our bar...

I had a very long and tiring day here at the Phuket beach resort, wanted to wind down and had a look in our bar. Of course my friends weren't there as we all need to wake up quite early in the morning.

Wanted to have some gossip with the bartender who was luckily not busy until a Japanese man come and sits next to me, started talking: "blablabla: you know you look like Maria Ozawa"?

So polite yet silly and sleepy me asking "who is Maria Ozawa"?

Seems Maria Ozawa is a few years younger than me. Now that's quite an intelligent compliment, and a good way to start a conversation. But I soon found out the hard way (not literary I would say in horror, eeks...) that Maria Ozawa is an E cup Japanese AV star. Quite a turn off...

Luckily our barman came to my rescue and explained the Japanese man where 'real' Phuket girls could be found that could relate a bit to Maria Ozawa.

I so dedicate this post to our barman :-)

And for all girls out there getting chatted up by Japanese men: next time you get compared with a Japanese celebrity, at least you now know who is Maria Ozawa ...

It's not just a sea kayaking tour, we got to see lots of animals and I never saw so much sea-eagles together.

Ask the people in your Phuket Thailand accommodation for further help and also compare their suggestions with the abundance of brochures they offer as well.

Some shopping around really pays off and make sure you don't limit yourself to only one travel agency. The sea kayaking tours on offer are quite similar, yet the prices and the time spend on the Andaman Sea do differ a lot!

Don't you just love to work in paradise! For now I head back to work so I don't know yet when my next Phuket seakayaking tour will be :-)
