Festive overload experienced by postal operators

We strongly advise all customers to use registered postage, courier or meet up especially during year-end due to festive loads experienced by postal operators globally which result in delays in delivery. You will not be able to track the delivery status of your items if you use normal postage and should you decide to collect from Singpost personally, it may not be possible since the package is not registered in their system. The registered postage fees of S$2.25 is the exact amount Singpost charges, we do not add in any handling fees, thus please consider for your own insurance.
