A far cry from her performance in Malaysia, were female attire has gone from western in the 60's to extremely modest now:
Kate Perry wearing spandex performing in Malaysia: a country that tries to step into the so called "developed status" in 2020, although female fashion shows an opposite trend.
Just keep modest and at most only think about strutting your stuff on a Malaysian beach. Better take a flight to neighboring Singapore or Thailand if you want to feel at ease with what you wear.
